This is hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Period. Quini really listened to what I wanted, and even though we were short on time, she put so much care and effort into making my nails look absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere is wonderful, and you can immediately tell that the technicians here have exceptional attention to detail and skill. They even use properly sterilized nail clippers, which really sets this place apart from other nail salons. If you want nails you’ll truly love, I highly recommend this salon. The prices are great too! I’ve decided that I’m only going to come to this nail salon from now on.

I’ve been going to Urban Nail Box for a little over a year and I see Sofia for a Tier 1-3 gel manicure every time — her attention to detail, artistry, and care is what I had been searching for in a nail tech! As a chronic cuticle biter who did their own nails for years, I was so worried to trust someone else with my hands. Sofia is precise, notices issues before I do, treats my nails with care, and executes every vision I have perfectly. Plus she — and everyone who works here —seems just as excited to create beautiful new nail art as I am to have it. I’m so picky and critical about nail shape and every set has been perfect. I came here by chance for my bachelorette nails and ended up having Sofia do my wedding nails too. They’re also super accommodating if I break a nail and need to add on a gel extension - just call ahead to be conscious of their other appointments!

Had the best experience here with Uri! I had gotten a bad gel manicure at a different salon before this and she was so careful and meticulous in trying to remove it in as healthy a way as possible. She was extremely detailed in her manicure and even three weeks in it has held up perfectly!

I love Urban nail box so much! Been going to the Fremont one basically since it opened and everyone there is so kind and talented. I’m never disappointed. You can also Aroom matcha drinks delivered right to your station which is such a great touch and makes it feel extra special.

I’m extremely picky about my nails and never found a nail technician I loved—until I found Quini. She’s done an amazing job both times I’ve gone to her. She takes her time and truly listens to what you want. I’m especially particular about technicians being thorough and applying polish flawlessly, with no visible streaks, bubbles, or gaps near the cuticles so the nails don’t look grown out, and Quini gets it perfect every time. She also took extra care perfecting my French tip, and it came out flawless. This is hands down the best gel manicure I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend Quini—she’s truly the best!
